1. No Pre-fishing the Neches River or Adjoining waters the day of the Tournament.
2. Anglers must abide by all State laws of Fishing Regulations and Boating regulations.
3.All bass must be caught using artificial lures only.
4. All fishing must be done from boat only.
5. No dead fish allowed to be weighed in.
6. All discrepancies and /or protest must be resolved by Tournament Director.
7.No more than 3 keeper Bass in livewell at all times.
8. 1 or 2 person team in boat at all times, no 3rd person allowed.
9.Entry fee is $40. per boat.
10.All bass weighed in must be a minimum of 14" length with mouth closed as TP&W indicates .
11.All anglers wishing to weigh fish in must be behind scales before said time is called. late arrivals will not be allowed under no circumstance.
12.If a contestant witness a violation committed by another, they must alert Tournament Director of said violation.
13.the length and weight of any fish weighed in by Tournament Director must be witnessed by another contestant.
14. There is a NO WAKE ZONE at the Collier Ferry public boat ramp. The State of Texas law, governs, states as follows: any ramp with structure shall have a buffer zone for NO WAKE, starting from the said structure not to exceed 150 ft from one side to 150 of other side of said structures. If contestant is witnessed to violate this ruling, they will be Disqualified by Tournament Director.
15. If you receive a citation for any violation on the Neches during the tournament, you will be disqualified. If you have a outboard motor on your vessel, that exceeds the tagged information by manufactured, you will be disqualified.
