After numerous calls I have considered not hosting any tournament out of Collier Ferry so will suggest you fish the Barrier
tournaments hosted by Neches River Working mans tourney. You can find them on Facebook.
TPW had a study on the Neches and Sabine rivers during the fall months. The mortality rate of the large mouth pass and pressure
from the high school fishing teams, starting Sept 1 2016-2017, the legal size of largemouth bass will be 12". This will
cause harm to the bass population since a bass spawns 3 times before reaching 14" size. I suggest if you catch bass ,
release the small one's and keep only 14" or above
